The Ohio EPA uses the OHID eBusiness Center (eBiz) system to access the Surface Water Tracking, Reporting, and Electronic Application Management System (STREAMS) to electronically complete and file reports, make payments and submit permits. The OHID number serves as your user ID, and we need it to give you access to applications we prepare on your behalf.
